Breakfast/Snack

I never really understood scones...until I made them! We added blueberries to make them more moist and skipped the glaze. No wonder people enjoy scones with tea or milk- you need something to help wash them down! It was a wonderful way to switch up some of our regular items for breakfast.

We haven't tried this just yet, but it looks like it could be a great idea to cool off as the warm weather comes in.

This has been a Shabbat morning favorite, spread with a nut butter of your choice. Some of those in our family like to add sprinkles on top!

~We use whole eggs, nut milk, and sub the yogurt with more nut milk instead~

This has the potential to be the perfect Pesach breakfast! (Update - we made this often over Pesach, and it was a hit. We also varied it by adding blueberries for a delicious moist cake!)

It's difficult for me to describe how delectable these are! The perfect ratio of apples, cinnamon, oats, and raisins makes this a wonderful on the go breakfast without sacrificing one but of taste!
